How do I book you for our wedding?
You can use our contact form to reach out and you will get a link to schedule a meeting with us. Meeting with us is a requirement with all the clients we work with. After our initial meeting, we'll give you a quote, contract, and invoice for you to secure us for your wedding date.
How many images will I receive?
Since all weddings are different, there is no specific number of images we can promise you. However, we generally deliver 60-100 edited photos per hour of wedding day coverage.
What is your turnaround time?
A full gallery of photos will take up to 3 months to deliver, and all videos will take up to 5 months to deliver.
Where are you based?
We are based out of San Jose, California. All packages include travel up to 100 miles round-trip. Travel fees will vary for weddings past that.
What payments do you accept?
We accept direct bank transfers, Zelle, an cash as payments. We'll send links to simplify online payments.
Do you have liability insurance?
We are covered through PPA/Lockton Affinity, LLC. We can produce liability insurance for specific holders with a 2-week notice up to $2,000,000.
What is your data back-up plan?
We have redundancies on the day-of on memory cards. Immediately after the event, we back up your photos and video onto two physical storage drives (to be separated at two different locations) and a 3rd copy onto Dropbox.
What happens if a team member cannot be present for the wedding?
While we take great care and caution to make sure our team can arrive to your wedding day, however, unforeseen circumstances can arise (sickness, injury, emergencies). We work closely with other professional photographers and videographers, who run their own businesses, who we can call on to cover us.
